Meet Rhonda LaVenture

Rhonda LaVenture joined Animas Valley Audiology in November 2025 as our Patient Care Coordinator. A Durango native, Rhonda enjoys connecting with members of our community. 

You may recognize her from her previous work with the Bayfield and Durango school districts. With an extensive background in patient care, Rhonda is committed to greeting every individual with compassion, warmth, and kindness. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, camping and spending time with her family and her dogs.
