Meet Baylee Beals

Baylee joined Animas Valley Audiology in July 2023 as our Patient Care Coordinator, and as of August of 2025 has begun her journey in a supervisory role, overseeing excellent patient care. She loves interacting with patients and staff. She has a strong background in customer service and enjoys creating a memorable patient experience by cultivating lasting connections with our patients.

Baylee was born and raised on the outskirts of Durango. She enjoys serving her community and was an active member of the Fort Lewis Mesa Fire Department in Hesperus for 7 years. In her free time she enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with her family and friends.
